Victor Osimhen Rejects £25.3 Million Saudi Offer, Eyes Potential Move to Manchester United

Date:

Victor Osimhen has rejected a lucrative offer from Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal, keeping open the possibility of a move to Manchester United.

The Nigerian striker, still under contract with Napoli but loaned last season to Galatasaray, was offered £25.3 million per year by Al-Hilal. The club also agreed to meet his €75 million (£63.2 million) release clause, applicable to clubs outside Serie A.

Despite this, Osimhen opted to continue his career in Europe, according to Football Italia.

At 26, Osimhen impressed at Galatasaray, scoring 37 goals in 41 appearances last season. His strong form has drawn interest from several top clubs, including Manchester United, now managed by Ruben Amorim.

Al-Hilal, led by former Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi, aimed to secure Osimhen before their Club World Cup campaign. After their initial bid was rejected, they improved their offer, but the striker declined again.
