Afrobeat sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has revealed his excitement about his upcoming white wedding with his long-time partner, Chioma.
The award-winning singer took to Instagram to share a video of Chioma on his story, accompanied by the caption: “Can August come already?” — a clear hint at the much-anticipated ceremony.
Fans have since flooded social media with reactions, calling it “the most anticipated celebrity wedding of the year.”
Davido had earlier confirmed during a U.S. radio interview on The Breakfast Club that the white wedding would take place in August 2025 in Miami.
The couple’s traditional wedding was held on June 25, 2024, at Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos State and was attended by top celebrities, politicians, and dignitaries.
With the countdown officially on, fans are already looking forward to what promises to be a star-studded celebration.
