Popular TikTok streamer Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has sparked online debate after reacting angrily to a man who unexpectedly touched his head during a public appearance.
In a now-viral video, Peller was seen seated in his car and surrounded by fans at a mall when an unidentified man reached into the vehicle and touched the centre of his head. Visibly upset, the TikToker swiftly exited his car and chased after the man, accusing him of trying to “take his glory”.
Surrounded by onlookers, Peller repeatedly demanded the return of his “glory” before eventually walking back to his car. His dramatic reaction has ignited widespread commentary online, with many interpreting the incident as a spiritual encounter.
Some viewers praised his alertness and spiritual awareness. One commenter, @classy_doyin, wrote, “The guy is spiritually awake. He confessed with authority, ‘Give me back my glory,’ and took it back by force!” Another, @ykmasaze, said, “The hand placement is scary o.”
Others, while skeptical, acknowledged that the head touch seemed off. “I don’t believe in things like this but that head touch was really weird,” @iamvhikky commented.
Peller has previously hinted at a spiritual dimension to his persona. During the last season of Nathaniel Bassey’s Hallelujah Challenge, he claimed to be a “glorious child” after the gospel singer mentioned a name similar to his.
