Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has completed a transfer to Bournemouth in a deal reportedly worth £25 million.
The 25-year-old Serbia international signed a contract that runs until June 2030, sealing his move to the Vitality Stadium on Wednesday.
Petrovic joined Chelsea from MLS side New England Revolution in 2023 and made 31 appearances before spending last season on loan at French club Strasbourg.
“I’m really happy to be here,” Petrovic said. “I came to Bournemouth because I want to grow and play at the best level. Together with this club, with these facilities, I think we can achieve it.”
He added that his focus is on helping the team get results and improving daily.
The Cherries reshaped their goalkeeping department this summer. Kepa Arrizabalaga, who was on loan from Chelsea last season, has now joined Arsenal permanently. Meanwhile, former Bournemouth back-up Mark Travers signed for Everton earlier this week.
