Popular social media activist Vincent Otse Martins, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has released a fresh diss track aimed at controversial street-hop singer Portable, escalating their ongoing online feud.
In the video shared on Instagram, VeryDarkMan is seen rapping in multiple languages, delivering scathing lines that accuse Portable of theft and highlight the singer’s past legal troubles. The visuals include old clips of Portable’s run-ins with the police and past controversies, adding fuel to their intensifying exchange.
The rift between the two began after VeryDarkMan publicly urged President Bola Tinubu to address the worsening economic conditions in the country and rising insecurity in Benue State. In response, Portable released a diss track attacking the activist and making personal allegations about his sexuality.
VeryDarkMan’s latest release marks his second response, and he hinted in the accompanying caption that it might be his final word on the matter. He claimed the singer had been “crying” over the verbal exchanges, suggesting Portable was overwhelmed by the backlash.
The video also doubled as a tribute to VeryDarkMan’s supporters. He thanked personalities such as influencer Jojo of Lele, music mogul Don Jazzy, Dkokopee, DJ Big N, and his brother for their unwavering support throughout the public spat.
The feud continues to draw widespread attention on social media.
