Popular Nigerian actor and content creator, Adebowale Adedayo, also known as Mr Macaroni, has revealed that he is still in love with a woman he cannot be with due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Dating In Lagos Show hosted by Ariyiike Dimple, Mr Macaroni shared heartfelt details about his romantic life, noting that while he is currently single and not searching, he still holds deep affection for a former partner.
“There’s someone that I really loved and I still love her, but there are a lot of circumstances that cannot make us be together,” he said. “I don’t want to go into it.”
Reflecting on the dating scene in Lagos, he described it as “chaotic” and likened it to “anarchy.” He clarified that he hasn’t actively dated in Lagos and that his last serious relationship happened during his university days, outside the bustling city.
Mr Macaroni also shared his perspective on love, emphasizing that it goes beyond surface-level enjoyment. “Love is not just about spending money, taking pictures, or having fun. It’s about commitment and perseverance. It’s not about suffering, but love isn’t always jolly either,” he explained.
