Cynthia Morgan Reacts to Peter Okoye’s Claims Amid Family Feud

Date:

Singer Cynthia Morgan, also known as Madrina, has responded after her name resurfaced amid the ongoing feud among the Okoye brothers—Peter, Paul, and Jude.

Peter Okoye of the defunct P-Square group had recently taken to Instagram to accuse his twin brother Paul and their elder brother Jude, the former manager of P-Square, of betrayal and theft. In expressing his frustration, Peter referenced past controversies involving ex-signees MayD and Cynthia Morgan.

He stated, “Exactly what I was talking about: their publicist doing everything to make me look like a liar. I’m not MayD or Cynthia Morgan. I’m PETER OKOYE… The truth shall prevail.”

In a swift reaction via her Instagram story, Cynthia Morgan expressed mixed feelings over the mention of her name.

“I have a mixed feeling about my name popping up like this. I’m not a weak person. Certain family members made it look so. @peterpsquare included. Until you found out what they were doing to you too. Na me listen to una sha,” she wrote.

Cynthia Morgan had a well-publicized fallout with Northside Entertainment, the label once owned by Jude Okoye and linked with both Paul and Peter. The dispute had significantly affected her career trajectory, leading to years of silence in the music scene.

The recent comments highlight the ongoing tension and unresolved issues among the Okoye family and their former affiliates.
