Big Brother Naija 10/10 housemate Thelma Lawson has addressed rumours surrounding her relationship with fellow housemate Kayikunmi, following her controversial decision to pick him as her guest in the Head of House (HoH) lodge.
The move, which came after Thelma emerged HoH on Sunday night, sparked tension in the house, especially with Kayikunmi’s love interest, Isabella, who accused Thelma of trying to provoke her.
During a conversation with Kola on Monday, Thelma dismissed the speculation, insisting her choice was strategic rather than personal.
“Choosing Kayikunmi as my guest is just a game. It’s nothing personal,” she said. “We even slept on the bed like when Moses parted the Red Sea.”
She added that her actions as HoH are driven by fairness and not emotions, stressing that she would still save Isabella in a nomination twist if given the chance.
Kayikunmi also weighed in, affirming that there’s no romantic link between him and Thelma. “She’s my guy. She clears me when I mess up,” he said, reaffirming his loyalty to Isabella.
